I'm Ronnie, a CSCS-certified strength and conditioning coach in San Francisco. I assess movement, track progress, and build programs that hold up under real schedules.
Most of my clients are senior professionals in tech and health. They need training that survives travel, long weeks, and changing demands. I also compete in powerlifting, so the standard I coach is the standard I train under.
